Natarajasana is always testing my focus and concentration. Bringing my full awareness to the pose and leaving it to my intuition to guide me on where to look and making small changes in weight distribution.
Have you tried brahmari pranayama? If you haven't, do it! The first time I learnt about it was during my YTT, it left me Swimming in my own sound vibrations which was super calming. Try it and you'll get what I'm saying 😜
