So you want to get shredded? I get asked questions all the time, Ryan please help me I want to get shredded. Here are a few helpful tips to keep in mind.
✅ Rule 1 – Shred rule number 1 is diet. This is the deciding factor in your physique, nothing is going to happen if your diet is not correct. It’s perfectly okay to achieve the desired physique you want thought flexible dieting, but this needs to be done correctly so make sure you know/or have someone who knows what they are doing.
✅ Rule 2 – Hydration. I preach the importance of hydration. Hydration is everything, whether you are bulking or trying to get shredded you need to have hydration.
✅ Rule 3 – Weights and Cardio. You need a mixture between the 2 for optimal results. Just doing cardio is not going to be effective enough to get the desired results. Resistance training is crucial if you want to achieve optimal results.
Keep these 3 simple rules of getting shredded in mind and you will be well on your way to getting the beach body you always wanted.
